"We were given a middle floor room and when I requested a top floor, as I know this hotel from the past and you can always hear people stamping about above you, I was told it was full that night. It clearly was not. There was quite a bit of movement noise above but it became ridiculous when, at 6.45 a.m. someone above obviously had a shower or bath! It sounded in the bedroom part of the room as if we were sitting under Niagara Falls. This happened again at night - why do people spend over 20 minutes in a shower??? Just as we called down to Reception, my husband noticed water pouring out of the light fitment in our bathroom which had to be collected in a bucket. The receptionist came up but did not see any need to change our room but just told us not to put the light on in the toilet/bathroom. He said he would give the upstairs people another room just to shower in. We could not believe the lack of interest in the danger we were in from fused electricity!!! We left the next day..."

The Days Inn Rockport offers many amenities to its guests. In the morning we serve a complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby and we also have complimentary coffee for everyone. On our property we have free parking and an outdoor pool that is open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM. We are also only 2 blocks from the Rockport Beach.
